"Fabulous recipe!! I was shooting to beat Bonefish Grill's key lime pie, and I think this did it! I added in the zest of 2 limes, used regular lime juice, and made my own crust (I just don't do pre-bought graham cracker crusts using ginger snaps and chopped pecans!! SO good - this is definitely my new Key Lime Pie recipe!!"

"SO Delicious!! Thought I would take a risk and try a recipe that hadn't been reviewed - and it was so worth it. Cupcakes were very moist and flavorful, and the icing was to die for! I did add additional peanut butter (about 1 cup total because I wanted a stronger flavor. I think I might try putting some peanut butter chips or mini chocolate chips..."

"Delicious! I actually ended up roasting the brisket at 375 for the first hour since I was making a casserole at the same time - and it still turned out great! When that was done I dropped it to 300, poured in half a bottle of beer (the other half I had used in the casserole, and sealed up the foil. I let it go for 2 hours, opened it up and the me..."

"These were excellent - even if I did forget to put in the bananas!! Guess I had too much on my mind :0( I added 1 cup chopped walnuts & 1 cup raisins, however. Texture was nice & light while firm - just what a muffin should be!! Guess next time I"ll have to try them WITH the bananas!"

"Excellent bread - even if I did have some issues with it getting stuck in the pan (my fault - not the recipe's! I made it with chopped peaches - a little more than 2 cups, and, as always, I tweaked it a bit. I used 1 tsp each nutmeg & ginger in place of the cinnamon ( I love those spices with peaches, only 1.5 cups of sugar, used white-wheat flo..."

"Good & moist, not too sweet - I thought with 2 cups sugar it would be!! It would be good as a breakfast/brunch cake - not "dessert" for me. I used 1/2 cup applesauce and 1/2 cup oil to reduce the fat a little, and it was still good. These kind of cakes always seem to fall apart on me, but this one held together & came out clean - maybe a little luc..."

"Very good "different" use for Friendship Bread starter. I had the standard recipe to use when I got my starter but somehow didn't have pudding mix in the house - and I'm glad I found this recipe!! It'll be great for work in the morning - minus one "taster" piece, of course!!"

"Really good bread - I had a lot of overripe bananas sitting on the counter, so I made a double batch with 3/4 cup butter, used almonds instead of walnuts (since I was out! and added in about 1 cup of white chocolate chips. I also added 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking soda - I just felt like it would need it as a double batch. It's sitting on the co..."
