"So proud of my daughters for sharing this awesome recipe. It really came out delicious and so moist! Followed the recipe exactly and used my Emerson blender to mix along the way. I normally cut back on the sugar but didn't this time but might next time. Made some mini muffins and regular muffins. The minis took the whole 15 min and then some ..."

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME! These are soooo good! I used 1/2 cup of wheat flour and 1 cup unbleached white, added some cinnamon to the dry ingredients and 1 tsp. vanilla to the wet ingredients. I also added another Tbsp. of flour to the topping. All these were suggestions on reviews so I thought I'd try it. I also started with the 425 degree oven preheate..."

"Yummy! I subbed 1/2 ww and 1/2 wh flour, a little less sugar and added 1/2 c. coconut (will add more next time. Very moist and flavorful! Used Quaker oats but will try to get other oats next time, but may it probably won't make a big difference. Recipe made a dozen plus another dozen mini muffins."

"Excellent! Made it with the cheaply canned parmesan the first time, and used the real cheese shredded the second time and it was great. Served with scoop tortilla chips and worked out great with no spoon required! Highly recommend for a snack at a small gathering...you'll need to make more for a crowd because it will get gobbled up."

"This was a simple recipe and so good! Everyone thought they tasted like sugar cookies! Nothing wrong with that! When they rose they never turned very brown on top and I thought they weren't done, but a toothpick inserted into the middle came out clean. So even if they look a little wet on the top, they may be done! Added some extra vanilla to the ..."

"Very good! Added celery, mushrooms, wild rice and brown rice, and a chunk of smoked turkey from the deli that I cubed. Cooked it all in the crockpot. Cooked all day and added the milk mixture and sherry at the end. Everyone loved it! Smelled wonderful and tasted great with a little toasted rye bread! Had to add more sherry and even then couldn't r..."

"I modified the recipe as so many of you have done. Added the Baking Powder, extra sour cream, less pumpkin and it was delicious and moist! I also made a glaze to pour over the tops when they were done with confectioners sugar and some pumpkin spices and milk. I love the moistness of these muffins and they were very much like Dunkin Donuts."

"Used mini chocolate chips, but no walnuts although I wish I had. But I'm on weight watchers and was looking to keep the points low. I made these into muffins and it made 12 at 4 points each. Very moist and tasty but stuck to the muffin paper, even though I sprayed them. Maybe needed to let them cool longer, but couldn't wait! Love the taste of ban..."

"Delicious! I used 2 extremely ripe bananas and one not very ripe. I also threw in white chocolate chips and walnuts! Really nice taste!"

"The instructions on this recipe don't show all the ingredients. I assumed that the cinnamon stick and bay leaf cooked with the couscous and broth. It really needed the lemon zest and parsley to give it some flavor. It is rather bland even with the spices but as it cooled it became more flavorful. I really liked the pecans in it too. I would make t..."
