    Reviewed Zucchini Quiche

     |  By Theresa P

"This was fabulous - I am working on my pie crust skills and I needed to use a ton of zucchini and squash so this took care of both! I used zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, and sliced tomatoes in mine and used Lawry's instead of regular salt - also substituted half and half and 1% milk so it did take an extra 10 min. to bake but a little foil a..."

"Delicious, moist, and kid-friendly flavors - I used chopped pecans and made it in a bundt pan since I only have 1 loaf pan. Turned out wonderful!"

"Delicious! My husband raved and we couldn't stop eating! I used bone-in pork chops and cooked them for about an hour. Also, I used another reviewer's suggestion and put seasoned salt and rosemary on the pork chops before browning. The smell in the house was amazing and the pork chops were tender. The apples were to die for and I loved the fac..."

"Really flavorful - I used blanched, frozen green beans from my mother-in-law's farm and they tasted really fresh and not too soft. The tomatoes added a nice acidic touch to the sweetness of the beans and the garlic and basil really added a lot of flavor."

"This was delicious! Extremely tender, even as leftovers. My husband loved it and couldn't stop eating. We put our roast on french bread with an italian cheese blend melted on top and dipped away. I love the saltiness of the au jus, but next time I might try to lower sodium soy sauce just to decrease the amount of sodium. Thanks for the recipe!"

"I thought this was really easy, especially since I never buy yeast and didn't have any on hand. I am not a fan of the taste of baking powder, but the overall taste was good. I would like to recommend baking the crust without toppings for 5-7 minutes before baking with toppings because it browns the crust better. I use a pizza baking stone and m..."

    Reviewed Awesome Blueberry Muffins
    Handle
     |  By DebM

"These were fantastic! Followed the recipe exactly - I was afraid at first that the muffins would overflow with all that streusel topping but they crowned nicely. The tops of the muffins were huge which is the best part in my opinion - crunchy and sweet. The rest of the muffin was moist and full of blueberries. This was better than any cafe muf..."

"This is soooo good! I omit the peanuts as a personal preference and use a 9 x 13 pan because it is so rich and serves more. I make this for my husband every year for his birthday - it is his favorite. I used the Betty Crocker Triple Chocolate Chunk brownie mix this time and it was amazing!"

"Delicious and easy! I made a batch of sweet potato fries and a batch of regular fries seasoned with seasoned salt. My family loved them and didn't miss the fryer! Next time I will cook mine longer because I would like them a little more crisp."
