"I loved this recipe! I didn't have chili powder, so I used cayenne. I also added some finely chopped (almost pureed in my food processor carrots for a bit more flavour. I might add some different vegetables next time.Delicious!"

"I was looking for a Rotkohl recipe that mimicked the one my (now deceased German dad used to make when I was little. He used to put raisins in it, not apples, but I made it with the apples, omitted the butter and bacon, and added cinnamon and cloves the way he used to. Very good! Reminded me of my childhood :."

"I used just chicken, spring (green onions, mushrooms, carrots,with ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. Sauteed, then I pureed & chopped it all a bit, heated up the puree with bean sprouts and went on with the filling...yum!"
