"This is an outstanding blend of spices! Aromatic when cooking, and with layers and layers of flavor from sweet to spicy (but not overwhelmingly so when eating. "Wonderful! DH has always wants his asparagus steamed with a dollop of Miracle Whip on top. I'd done half a bunch that way just a few days earlier; and needing to use the rest as a side to chicken stroganoff on noodles i just couldn't deal with doing it that way again (aesthetically or nutritionally. "I thought it was terrific - DH not so much (it was squash, after all. Made half a recipe, and used shredded rather than cubed cheese. Also, we use a chicken base paste rather than bouillon cubes. Instead of adding it to the pan with frying onions I mixed a tsp. of it with the reserved water, then used the recipe amount of salt. It came out fine."
