"Delicious! I made this for an Oscar Night dinner and grilled up some sausages to go along with it. Me & the hubs were impressed! As I was making it, I realized I forgot the fresh basil!! Panic ensued but, luckily, I had some dried and after a little "googling" worked out the equivalent. Worked fine, but would have preferred the fresh. So easy an..."

"Not a wow factor for us, but still plenty good and enjoyable. Will definitely make again. I didn't pound my chicken breast, either, and I'm with another post to try it with a different salsa. I highly recommend you use a salsa you know you like that fits your tastes. I reheated the leftovers the next night and it was still good. Easy, too! Th..."

"I've made this twice now, the last time doubling it for a Christmas Eve get-together. I use petite diced tomatoes and adjust sugar/red pepper to our tastes. I pair it with Basic Meatballs recipe #8060. It's all just so incredibly easy and delicious. Even my husband, who thinks "real" spaghetti sauce only comes in a jar, kept commenting on how ..."

"Delicious! Easy to make, very tasty and my husband and I did not find it too salty at all. I made as directed using regular baking potatoes rather than red. For our tastes, next time I will add green onions, maybe a little garlic and reduce the potatoes by 1/2 lbs. This is a keeper and will keep it in rotation. Thanks for posting."

"This is now my go-to meatball recipe. I've created very good meatballs that I culled from different recipes but unable to remember how to replicate them and I've made meatballs from fancy recipes that turned out quite bland. These are so simple and easy, yet so tasty. Honestly, did not expect much, but very pleasantly surprised. I made as direc..."

"I've made this twice now and think it's pretty good! Made as directed both times, using fresh Rosemary for dried. The smell that radiates through the house is wonderful! My husband, however, isn't particularly wild about chicken or any meat still attached to the bone. Unfortunately, since it's just the two of us, I probably won't make it again..."

"Wow! Delicious and so E-Z, too! I used 3 chicken breasts and fresh dill rather than dried, but everything else the same. As someone else suggested, I, too, covered the pan while the breasts finished cooking. Even my hubby, who gets bored pretty quickly with most chicken breast recipes really liked it. This is definitely a winner & a keeper. ..."

"I made for Christmas Eve dinner and they were a hit. I discovered as I was preparing them that one of my guests was allergic to Rosemary so had to omit, but will certainly add the next time. I did not dollop the top either, but prepared all else as written. Delicious and will make again."

"This was delicious! I used pre-shredded Velveeta and it worked very nicely. I did not include breadcrumbs but other than that everything the same. It makes a lot but could be easily halved, which I would do next time. But I agree, it's a great go-to mac & cheese recipe."

"This is delicious! Hubby's been working late so thought I'd look for a casserole recipe to last us a couple of nights. This one popped out at me and so glad I tried it. I used an Arrabiatta (sp? spaghetti sauce and added mushrooms & a little garlic (because that's just who I am. We definitely have a keeper and it's easy, too!"
