"This was the best chicken I have tasted in quite a while. It was tender, moist and flavorful. I doubled the recipe and used more of the lemon pepper seasoning than was called for. A definite must try for those who love the taste of balsamic vinegar."

"This was very delicious and easy to make. The only thing I did different, was to add some dried Italian Seasoning at the end of cooking time. It tasted even better the second day once all the flavors melded together."

"This recipe was easy and delicious. I did not have a can of enchilada sauce, so I made a recipe for the sauce found on this site. I subsituted flour tortillas and red kidney beans. I topped it with lettuce/tomatoes/salsa and sour cream. Served up great as a leftover, too."
