    "Oh my, these are SO Good! The best salmon patties I have ever had. I had some left over salmon that we had BBQ'd on cedar planks. So I flaked that, added a bit of grated lemon zest and a dash of Old Bay Seasoning and omitted the red pepper, otherwise followed as posted. So glad I did! Served on Kaiser rolls with Tartar Sauce and lettuce, everyone ..."

    "Excellent Tartar Sauce I make this often and had not reviewed in the past. I serve with fried razor clams and oysters. Last night I made Salmon Patties, this was perfect on the buns. I use fresh onion finely chopped or grated, and dried parsley. Thanks for posting PanNan I too will never purchase jarred Sauce again!"

    "Yum, we enjoyed this salad very much! I used Brown rice, seasoned rice wine vinegar and added 1/4 C chopped peanuts for extra crunch. Also used Siracha hot sauce (two squirts instead of Cayenne pepper. Next time I will add some carrot or sliced red pepper to add some additional color."

    "Very good, very easy and quick. I used home canned pink salmon and mashed red skinned potatoes. Just used a little onion powder and lemon pepper for ease. I had no mazto, so I sub'd crackers crumbs. Chilled just 5 minutes, then pan fried in my large cast iron. A nice quick weeknight meal."
