"I really enjoyed the sauce, though like others I think I would cut back just a little on the vinegar-other than that spot on! My problem was the chicken-it was totally dried out for that amount of time. Because I enjoyed the sauce I will try it again with chicken thighs or chicken pieces of some sort."

"I made this for my family and it went over pretty well. I used evaporated milk instead of cream (my go to cream subsitute in a can. I think any pasta would work well. Spinach could be substited easily for the peas too. A very versatiIe dish. I would punch up the flavors a little more next time I make this. I personally would like a little more k ..."

"I made this for dinner tonight and the family really loved it! Instead of bone in chicken pieces I just used boneless chicken thighs cutting them in half before putting them in the pan. I then simmered the chicken for only 30 minutes. When I make this next time, I will probably cut back the curry to 2 T and the cayenne to 1/4 t. It was just a titc..."

"We are fried rice connoisseurs at our house and I wanted to try this recipe because of the different technique that it used, but at the same I time I was a little turned off by the use of frozen vegetables especially the use of the peas and carrot blend (it just seemed wrong. Anyway, the combining of the eggs with the rice before cooking made an ..."

"Wow! The result of this recipe is so chocolately and rich, that one almost couldn't eat it- just a small bit will do you. The recipe is a little more involved then the typical brownie recipe..when I make it again I think I would cheat and just add store-bought caramel topping instead of making it from scratch. To make that small amount of caramel ..."

"This was a very good! I did only use half the mayo, because I thought it was really creamy with only half. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. When I make it again, I think I would just throw the whole red bell pepper in and and another clove of garlic. Made this for Fall PAC."

"I was excited to try this recipe, because of the possibility of strawberry and mint paired together. I wasn't sure what was meant by "chocolate and mint cookies". Did that mean chocolate mint oreo type cookies or the keebler type thin mint cookies? I went with the thin mint cookies. I also could not find strawberry cool whip after going to three s..."

"I think the overall concept is a good idea. The filling ingredients seem to compliment each other. However when I made these I was hesitant because the meat was not pre-cooked. I decided to bake half in the oven and fry the other half in my deep fat fryer. The batch that was fried, the ground beef did not cook through. I tried turning the temp dow..."

"Good recipe. My kids were hesitant to try them, but they liked them. I did substitute half the flour with whole wheat pastry flour and the butter with canola oil- trying to eat a little better, ya know. They are more cake like than muffin like in texture, but good nonetheless."

"If I could give this more than 5 stars I would!! Ooohhh, so good! It is worth the mess of browning meat...and I don't say that very often at all!! Could have a little more heat for my taste..but that is me. The only problem I have is with the serving size-granted 4 of the 6 in our family are boys and men that eat a lot. I did one and a half times ..."
