"This was very very good.
I didn't have coriander on hand - so I used Trader Joe's curry powder and that worked well.
I also added juice from half of a lemon to add a little more acidity.
LOVED the dish. My husband loved it too. I will make it again for sure.

"great recipe. mine were just a little doughy after baking for 11 minutes. maybe it was because i didn't roll the dough out thin enough. but they were still really tasty.
i did salt mine before i baked them and the salt adhered very nicely.
when doubling this recipe, there's no need to double the yeast - one packet is enough for a double ..."

"Great soup! Some reviewers said it isn't spicy enough - but a soup recipe should be a base. Everyone should adjust their spice according to their family's taste. This recipe is perfect and just what a soup recipe should be. I added plenty of spice and a little honey for a touch of sweetness.

"these cookies are delicious. but at 375 degrees for 15 minutes they burn. my first pan of cookies burnt after about 12 minutes at 375. i lowered the temp to 350 and cooked the rest for around 10 minutes and they came out fine."

"Excellent recipe. Instructions are very easy to follow.
To make this vegan - I used 1T ground flaxseed mixed with 3T water in place of each of the eggs. I also used Earth Balance in place of butter.
Also - 1 packet of yeast is enough for the amount of flour in this recipe - Using the 2 packets will not make the rolls any fluffier - but the..."

"wow. these are awesome. made them vegan by adding a mashed banana and using 1tsp apple cider vinegar in soymilk (to replace the buttermilk and react with the baking soda. used honey as the sweetener.
excellent recipe. my 2 & 4 year old have just asked for seconds.
