"Oh, this was yummy. I screwed up the recipe like mad - parsley in the stuffing rather than in the meat, and forgot to buy oats so I used bread crumbs & ground walnuts instead. I smothered a slice in skordalia, took a bite and kinda jumped in my seat. I'm not giving it five stars because that would seem a little absurd, but it sure is yummy."

"Basic, simple - but it's good, and taught me a thing or two about making good thai (? soup - never cooked with lemon grass, but it was yummy. Simple to make and wholesome and creamy without dairy, I'd forgotten the charms of coconut milk."

"It's between three and four stars, really. Easy to make and good tastin'. It's stick-to-your-ribs stuff, it's like chicken paella, and that's pretty good. I am glad I made it, I will make it again, it will be my lunch for the next three weeks."
