"This is great! I was afraid it would be overly salty because of the pickle juice so I just added pepper. I ended up needing to add salt, but did it after I served it. I could not tell whether I needed to peel the potatoes or not. I made mine with peeled potatoes."

"The seasoning was good, but I added 1/2 t of Chinese Five Spice Powder and 1/2 t of salt. It seemed more like the Ramen seasoning that way. "This is great! Excellent point about not draining on paper towels. I have made this with Mr. Brown's seasoning and again with Sylvia's Chicken Rub.
Both are excellent. Sylvia's is "brighter" with a hint of citrus and herb whereas Mr. Brown's is "smokier" from the paprika. An excellent recipe that travels well for tailgating!"
