"Really Yummy and so super easy to prepare. It was ready by the time my oven was pre-heated. I also used half apple juice and half pinot. I didn't have any slices of cheese, so I used shredded mozzarella. I would probably use more "sauce" next time, too. But overall, a realy crowd pleaser; ages 3-35. *Just tried this with boneless pork chops, VERY..."

"This was so SO SO SO Tasty! I was a little "chicken" about roasting pheasant for the first time, but it was oh-so-good. I added more garlic cloves to mine and placed my birds on a roasting rack then put chicken broth in the bottom of the pan. I tented the tin foil for the first hour and basted every 15 minutes. Just awesome. Absolutely no gam..."

"Oh-So Yummy. I have to hide it from my husband or he'll eat all of it in one sitting. I mix chocolate and peanut butter chips as well as some Heath bar bits. I love topping it with roughly chopped cashews, too. It's like a poor man's version of Almond Roca."
