"We loved it! I used pineapple tidbits and chopped them. Love, Love the sugared pecans and crispy top! Went great with salty bacon! Definitely a keeper! I might add a couple of tablespoons of the pineapple juice to the batter next time but there will be a next time!!"

"This is the second weekend in a row that I've made these. My husband wanted them again this morning for his Father's Day breakfast. I use dill fresh out of my garden and served with turkey bacon and sourdough toast with spun honey. The eggs are very delicate and melt in your mouth like butter! Love this recipe!!"

"Fantastic! I made these for my husband's Valentine breakfast and it was a big hit! We will be making these a lot in the future. I did bake a little longer than the recipe said just because I wanted to make sure they were done in the middle. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!"

I then put the chicken and peppers back into the pan and added the rest of the ingredients. Oh.....and I used a large can of mushrooms instead of the zucchini. WE ..."

"My husband and I LOVED this recipe!! He asked me to make it every other week. The only thing I did different was to soak my dried black-eyed peas overnight in my crock pot and in the morning I added everything else before I left for work. I put it over http://www.recipezaar.com/Sweet-Cornbread-83625this cornbread with some hot sauce on top. Y..."
