"This was a delicious recipe - not too sweet, good textures, good mix of flavors. Big hit in the house. I made it exactly as described in the recipe and served it as dinner with only some bread for the side. The portions are very generous - no one was able to eat the whole serving (one half of a squash plus filling. Everyone had leftovers.

"Was good - easy and fast (as far as hands-on work and tasty. I would use half the amount of onion soup mix because it was quite salty. Other than that, I'll make this again!We served this with a green salad - nice and light compared to the heavier dish. Thanks for the recipe!"

"Very easy, very tasty! I did substitute red pepper flakes for the hot curry, and used peanut butter and peanuts instead of cashew butter and cashes. It was more liquidy than I expected, so if I do it next time, I'll throw in some corn start to thicken the sauce. This one is going into the recipe rotation at our house!"
