"I made this dip for my sister's baby shower (kept in an ice bath because of the mayo factor. It was really delicious. I served it with sliced French bread and vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and celery. I think next time I would grate the cucumber or put it in the food processor. Simply chopping it by hand made the cucumber chunks..."

"I made this coffeecake for a co-worker's birthday, and it turned out wonderful! Everyone enjoyed it, and I will definitely make again. I was surprised at how easy it was to make. I used the sour cream/milk combo instead of all sour cream. Thanks, Marg!"

"I can't believe how easy this salsa was. I will never buy store-brand anymore! I made a couple of changes - I added 1/2 tsp. of sugar and omitted the jalapenos and used the hotter version of the tomatoes and green chilies. It still had a little kick to it, but was still mild enough for my sensitive taste."
