    "Fantastic! Did not think that I was a molasses cookie kind of person, but these cookies have made me a believer. When I make them I always use butter instead of shortening, and often have to add a bit more flour. I just adjust as needed until the texture is such that the dough is not sticky when I roll it in my hands into balls. Wonderfull cookies..."
