"A great way to dress up a basic baked fish entree. I split the amount of mayo in half and substituted fresh pesto for an extra zing. The baking time was just right for a nice flaky texture. The last couple of minutes I used the broiler to crisp the breadcrumb. Substitute butter flavored cooking spray for the melted butter for ease and reduced c..."

"As my ID suggests I am a bachelor and I was looking for a recipe for a gift for my new neighbor. What a great semi-easy recipe to impress with. I am not a baker, but it turned out well. "This recipe was delicious. Everything was perfect. The pork chops were moist and tender (I used my favorite pork rub for seasoning in addition to the salt and pepper), added a bit more garlic. Dark amber ale was a perfect beer. Some dry vermouth or dry white sherry might make it less sweet, but it was great the way it was."

"I couldn't brown the chicken without garlic, but other than that I stuck with the recipe. I took the suggestions that the cooking time was not near as long as suggested (I cut the covered time to 25 min. and uncovered to 10) and it turned out perfectly. Use brown rice for more texture, taste and food value. A great easy fix recipe."
