"I had never cooked brown rice before, but thought I would give this a try. I cut the pepper down to 1/4 tsp since I don't care for too much pepper. The rice came out perfectly done, but it was still very peppery, so much so that I would not feed it to my children. Next time, I intend to leave out all but a dash of pepper. "This recipe had a very nice flavor. However, the caramel filling seemed to separate and drift to the bottom of the apples while cooking. The result did not look very appetizing, but was still quite tasty."

"This recipe provided a light, tasty dinner that was perfect for a spring evening. The potatoes did not seem to finish cooking, though. Next time I make it, I will make baked potatoes instead. Very lemony and delicious. Thanks!"

"Wonderful on Chicken too. Didn't add the sage or curry because there wasn't any available in the house. My husband ate so much that I was afraid there wouldn't be any leftovers."
