"I didn't have any Tia Maria, so I substituted with Crema Catalana, a spanish creamy liqueur, sort of similar to egg-nog...well, I don't know how the original tastes, but this was AWESOME!!! It tastes sweet and innocent, but beware! It got me and a friend completely wasted in no time...fun evening though (;> Thanks for posting!"

"I must say I wasn't too convinced when I decide to try this recipe, in the back of my mind I thought it would be flavourless because there was "no real chocolate" inside....boy I was WRONG! (:> This is amazingly tasty and chocolatey, I split it in two and filled it with a thick layer of homemade chunky peach jam, and it was truly paradisiac!!! Th..."

"Excellent pie!!! I forgot this baby in the oven a little too long, fortunately I had covered it with foil so it didn't burn, but the apples inside actually MELTED and formed a delicious creamy filling..MMMMMMMMMMM!!It was wonderful, perhaps a little too rich, and addictive (which is always bad for dieters!!!!, I'll definitely make it again; THANK..."

"I liked these cookies' flavour a lot, though I must say they weren't enough "pumpkiny" for me...perhaps next time I'll add a bit more spices and I'll try substituting part of the butter with some more pumpkin puree...We don't have cinnamon chips here in Italy, and I'm sure they would've made the difference; I made three batches, one with just choc..."

"I made this cake for my 25th birthday party, and everybody was really impressed, this cake has an amazing flavour!! I used Cointreau instead of Grand Marnier, and I put a bit of it in the frosting too. I'm not giving it five stars because it doesn't seem to bake evenly, (it might be my oven though... both cakes stayed VERY moist in the inside whi..."

"Excellent bread! I only had self raising flour, so I used 1 1/2 cups of it + 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, only used 4 bananas because that's what I had (but they were REALLY ripe, cut down the butter a little, added 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. It smelled delicious and tasted even better, thanks!"

"Very good cheesecake, though almost too rich...I had to make my own brownies because I couldn't find a brownie mix, so I used evelyn/athens' "chocolate fudge brownies" recipe, I mixed the reserved 1/3 cup caramel mixture in with the cream cheese, and because I made this cake for a friend's birthday I spread the fudge topping instead of drizzling i..."

I made the Pina Colada version for a friend's birthday and everyone just loved it, they kept coming for more...I added 3/4 cup crushed pineapple and increased the whipping cream to 1 1/2 cups, also I made my own pie shell with my trusted family shortcrust recipe instead of buying a ready made one. It was really outstanding, thank you f..."

"Excellent brownies! I was afraid they'd be too sweet because the batter was actually overly sweet, but once baked the flavour balanced and it came out wonderful, very moist and tasty. I added a very small amount (1/8 tsp or even less of pumpkin spice mix. I'll be doing these brownies a lot, thank you!"
