    "I cooked this last night and it got a resounding thumbs up from the whole family. I used fresh basil and the smell of the whole dish was tantalising. The only change I will make next time is to drain the tomatoes to get rid of a little of the sogginess that other people have mentioned. The top was crispy but underneath was a little soggy.
