    "I've been making this oatmeal for years. It is a very flexible dish, one of those things there are tons of varieties. I don't use milk or cinnamon but you can add whatever you want.     "Excellent! I added walnuts and dried cranberries some vanilla and cinnamon...my kids loved it, ate the entire pan. It has a consistency of a soft cookie to me and I really liked being able to mix it up the night before and pop it in the oven for a great treat!! Thanks!"
