"My huge regret... that I didn't find this recipe years ago!!! Every Christmas I get the grandkids together and they each decorate a gingerbread house that we then put into a family "Christmas Village" and use as a centerpiece for our holiday get-together. This has gotten to be more work and more expensive as the number of kids increases, up to 7..."

"The only thing I do differently is to roast all the bones, chicken parts, carrots, celery, and unpeeled onions 425 degrees about 40 minutes, stirring it all at 20 minutes. Then just throw it all in the stock pot and continue. This step makes the stock even more flavorful!"

"Great pancakes! I wouldn't change a thing, and I am an obsessive recipe tweaker. I ate them with maple syrup, but they would be great with whipped cream and a fruit sauce."

"I've had this exact recipe for more than 30 years with two differences- the addition of nutmeg, cloves, and ginger-- and with 2 tsp of baking soda and no baking powder. For those having issues with the cake falling, using less leavening agents will help. I've used 1/2 applesauce for a long time. This cake is always a big hit; I just made a double..."

"Wow! I couldn't quite imagine how this combination of ingredients could taste good, but it was great and would be enjoyed by anyone who likes stuffing mix. I used Jimmy Dean regular sausage and one box of stuffing, and did omit the salt. Next time I will bake it in a 1.5 quart shallow dish to make it a little thicker than it was in the 9x13."

"The cake is light and fine-textured, only about an inch high, and took 30 minutes to bake. I doubled the topping but I won't next time, it was too sweet. I did not use fruit or nuts, but otherwise I followed the recipe exactly and there was a slight aftertaste that I can't explain. I think next time I will use a 9X9 pan with two layers each of cak..."

"Very good! I did it all in the food processor (veggies, crab, and cheese first, then the egg mixture. I used half an onion, 2 banana peppers, and 2 jalape?os and the spiciness level was perfect for us. I might try it in a crust next time."

"This tasted ok but really wasn't very "quiche-y" with only 1 egg and thick white sauce. I added onion, garlic, and red pepper and think it would have been bland without them. I used one small zucchini and one small yellow squash and it wasn't too much."

"Great recipe for non-knead bread. I think I should have let it rise a bit longer (it had not quite reached the top of the pan and bake a bit shorter. The texture is very good especially toasted.
There is incorrect info in other reviews. This recipe uses the "quick-mix method". I use this method for all my yeast breads... and I bake a LOT..."
