Reviewed Pork tenderloin with Marmalade Sauce

     |  (1 person found this helpful) |  By Norahs Girl

"I wanted something new, and this hit the spot. I love the glaze! I used a grainy dijon mustard. I don't care for mustard, but I couldnt taste it at all in the recipe. Which is a good thing! Also I added a little brown sugar to the rub. When the pork was almost done I brushed a bit of the orange sauce over it, and it nicely carmelized. Then I slice..."

    Reviewed Gigi's Carrot Cake

"I picked this recipe over all the others here because of the steallar reviews.
Also that it diddnt use pineapple since I have a child allergic to that.
I made this for my daughter's 18th Bday. Instead of the nuts called for in the recipe, I used macadamia nuts! I love the flavor they gave the cake. I was dissapointed that my cake fell apart. It ..."

    Reviewed Cake Mix Extender
    Handle
     |  By LAURIE

"This was perfect for my two 9 inch round pans. If I wouldve just used the box cake mix as it, it would have looked so wimpy! Now with the extender I have a nice full cake that stands great on its own..No wimpiness allowed."

"These were the best pumpkin seeds I have ever made! I made some the traditional way, and some this way..not knowing if my family would accept the new recipe. These are clearly a hit! sweet, and salty.I followed the measurements exactly except I used butter instead of oil. The sugar diddnt carmelize right away, but I covered the pan for about 30 ..."

    Reviewed Stuffed Meatloaf

"I have yet to try this recipe, But saw Giada make this, it is almost like my Italian mother in laws recipe. She has been "stuffing" her meatloaf with a breadcrumb, and hardboiled egg mixture for years. It is fabulous and I don't care for meatloaf, But I do love this."

"The recipe was dry. I could taste the food coloring and I only used ONE ounce..I can imagine if I used two ounces. I used Paula Deans recipe for the frosting and that was the best part of it."

    Recipe #8972

Reviewed Grandmother Paula's Red Velvet Cake

"This frosting is outstanding! I followed it to the letter. I melted the mini marshmellows for 30 seconds, stirred..then I put them in for another 30 seconds and watched until they puffed up above the bowl. Not the full 30 seconds, but maybe like 20 seconds. I then stirred and added immediatley to the creamed mixture then blended to incorporate, I ..."
