"The dill-mayo makes this sandwich special, and it's quick to prepare. The quality of bread also enhances it - Winter Wheat (Pepperdige Farm? Not sure loaded with sunflower seeds & more makes this a really FILLING sandwich. Great idea!"

"Terrific combination of fruit that go well with the pineapple juice. I've tried it both ways & prefer the frozen yogurt for the less-sweet version. Good enough for a dessert, in my opinion, or a filling snack. It's GOT to be good for you too!"

"A fast & easy prep meal, hearty and yummy, especially in cold weather. Peeling potatoes takes the longest; everything else is basically "toss in the pot." The cabbage adds a little something extra to the flavor. I've also made it without the ham and it's just as good."

"Excellent sandwich, definitely good enough for company. Takes a while to prepare, but worth it. You also get to impress your friends. I have used all kinds of combinations of veggies on this when I don't have egglplant, I've used spinach instead of arugula, and it's always good. "

"To die for!!! Unusual combination of flavors that are perfect. I'm hooked on these too, now, and can't figure out why this isn't the basic poached egg recipe for all time. THANK YOU!!"

"This recipe was wonderful! I did add more cayenne, as was adversely suggested in the recipe, and sprinkled on a little crushed red pepper for more heat. What's hot to some isn't as hot to others, so you have to improvise :- Thanks for the great recipe! I will definitely keep this one on hand!"
