"Fantastic recipe! It gave enough for 2 dinners and the kids just love the meatballs (as did the adults! I don't think I'll be making meatballs any other way, because I've tried many meatball recipes that just didn't cut it. I followed everything to the letter except I used brown sugar and added a big splash of red wine."

"Only had 4 boneless pork loin chops, but I used the exact measurements for all the other ingredients. The smell coming from the oven as it was baking was great! Even my 7 year old commented on how good it smelled. And even though I cooked this dish basically for my husband's taste, I have to say that I really enjoyed it too! A comment made by ..."

"A very tasty fish dish for a quick weeknight dinner. My super picky 7 year old actually asked for more and said we should have this more often! So easy to make, it'll definitely be on my weeknight dinner list from now on. I was exactly sure what to do with the clove of garlic so I coarsely chopped it, but ended up having to remove the browned b..."

"Just needed a quick shrimp stir fry for dinner tonight. Had *most* of the ingredients in hand so I thought I'll just play it by ear. Things didn't start out right at first. While mixing the sauce, I mistook a carton of beef broth for chicken broth. But oh well. Didn't have rice wine vinegar so used white wine vinegar. Didn't have sherry or s..."

"A very nice and tasty dish. As with other reviewers, I only used 1/2 cup of the rice vinegar; baked covered in foil for 45 minutes; and then for another 20 minutes or so uncovered. I used drumsticks (skin-on, which turned out perfectly tender. Served them with chinese fried rice for a good family meal."

"I DO NOT like meatloaf. I am NOT a meatloaf fan. But as a favour to hubby, I cooked this dish. And wow. I'm sure glad I did! It was very tasty, I even had 2 servings! Went great with mashed potatoes, gravy, and pan fried asparagus. Only change I made was shallots, instead of onion, and I pan fried them with a minced garlic clove. Used 1/2..."
