"This was incredible! The first time I've ever made Chinese food that was anything like restaurant-quality. My whole family inhaled it, and I can't wait to have the leftovers (of which there wasn't much) for lunch tomorrow. I added some soy sauce along with the hoisin at the end, and put garlic and ginger in the chicken marinade."

"Crab and corn is my favorite combination, and I've been looking for the perfect soup recipe.
This was it! Creamy, filling, and delicious. I added Cajun seasoning for the spices for a little kick. Fresh corn is a must, though I did use canned lump crab. I'll be enjoying the leftovers soon. Thank you for a great recipe!"

"Loved this soup! I made a batch for my parents, who are both sick with some kind of virus, and had enough for dinner for my family that night. It tastes so much fresher and healthier than canned soup. Served with green salad and grilled cheese for a complete meal."

"I thought this was fantastic. My husband isn't a big fan of feta, and thought the flavor was a bit overwhelming. Next time I might try this with a milder-flavored cheese. Thanks for the idea, though!"

Reviewed To Die for Crock Pot Roast

    LinMarie says:

"Absolutely loved it! This was by far the best roast I've ever made in the crockpot or otherwise. After nine hours of cooking, it was falling apart when I took it out to slice. I also cut down on the ranch dressing mix, but used all of the zesty Italian packet. Not too salty for my taste or my husband's. Hardly any leftovers. "
