"Needs more sweetness, it's just a little to "flour like". I also found that the second round of bake time is a bit too short- i would go with 8-10 min. Other wise it's a bit too soft and not as snappy as biscotti should be. Good flavor and gives a great base for options."

"Wonderful! i made this as a cake with cream cheese icing for my mom's birthday- and we all loved it!! For nutrition reasons- i subed the butter with fat free sour cream- and the result was terrific. I agree with Syrinx, the directions don't mention what to do with the eggs- so i also added them to the liquid ingredients. I also reccomend addin..."

"We loved this! I don't fry- so i just butterflied the shrimp and pan sauteed them until done. I also don't keep mayo around, so i subbed fat free sour cream (which doesn't have much flavor as it is for the right consistency and it worked very well. I would cut down on the mayo/ sour cream just a bit. However, it reminded us every bit of the r..."

"I made this last night after watching Rachel make it a while back. And we LOOOOVED it! It is an interesting and hearty fish dish. My changes were minor, but a little bit healthier and more economical. Instead of Italian sausage, i browned lean turkey sausage and added Italian spice blend and fennel seeds. I also used a drained can of fire roa..."

"quick and easy, and tastes scratch made. I used Minute Maid "Light" lemonaide from the juice isle- in an effort to cut calories where i could. I did use the gyolks- becuase i was nervous to sub anything on my first try. Next time i will attempt with egg beaters and splenda. Not quite as tart as i would have liked- will use more zest next time. ..."

"DELISH! This was so easy! I just threw everything (including the chicken uncooked into the crockpot- set it- and let it cook. I made this for myself (a single grad student and was able to eat off of this for nearly a week! To make it even easier, i just used a frozen veggie mix, and fat free milk. AWESOME recipe!! thanks sooo much for post..."

"These are sooo wonderfully easy, it's incredible!! I love that you are able to sneek in a "veggie" and there is such little prep work. This recipe makes for a great go-to, inexpensive, quick, and great fluffy texture. NOTE: this recipe also works great for cookies. They don't spread out much so you can fit a ton on one cookie sheet. Optional..."

"THESE ARE WONDERFUL! easy, inexpensive (i had everything in my pantryalready and healthy. By using skim milk, heart smart bisquick, and splenda, these are little healthy nuggests of goodness. Sneeky too, you would never guess they are so lean. I'm always on the look out for recipes with low sugar content and little or no added fat- this fits ..."

"These muffins just really lacked a certain "something". More mango- more sweetness, more of anything. However- i really really appreciate the healthful additions of the whole wheat flour, wheat germ, and minimal use of added fats. With a bit of tweaking, (,aybe honey for sweetness and grated ginger for zing this recipe could be wonderful. A g..."

"these cookies are one of my favorite go to's! The options are really endless. I used dried cranberries instead of dates, but almost any dried chopped fruit would work. To lower the carbohydrate factor, i used a combo of oats and puffed brown rice cereal (easy to find near the natural cerals- even at wal-mart!. everytime i make these, they dis..."
