"This is probably the best cranberry sauce I have ever tasted. I reduced the sugar to 1 1/2 cups and used frozen cranberries because fresh weren't available. The bag I used had approx 5 cups rather than 4. I didn't thaw them, just used them frozen, brought them to a boil, then simmered for 20 minutes."

"I made this bread to serve at a BBQ gathering and it was a big hit. Everybody loved it. The only thing I did differently was to press it out into one round on a large cookie sheet to bake.

"I made this cake as directed and used two 9" round pans for baking. The baking time was 20 minutes for me. This cake did not rise very much. The flavour was good, but it is very sweet. I had difficulty removing from the pans in one piece despite greasing and flouring the pans well."

"This was such a big hit last Christmas that I'm making it again this year. It is likely to become family tradition. I made one change: I softened and creamed a block of cream cheese and mixed it in with the vanilla pudding/pumpkin before layering. Sublime!"
