"This is incredibly good!! I used 2 poblano peppers and roasted for more like 10 minutes, removed the skin and put one in the sauce and the other sliced on the chicken. I used pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar and it was perfect for this dish....added a tad more heat. The chicken breasts were large so I baked for 20 minutes total. I can't..."

"These are the best grits I have ever had!! I took the liberty of adding a pound of bulk sausage that was browned with a little onion and two fresh jalapenos to make a main course brunch. I have now gone to grits heaven! Thanks Kizzikate, this is my new favorite breakfast dish!"

"This was delicious and definitely will be made again. I subbed a chopped fresh jalapeno for the green pepper, because that is all I had, drained about 1/3 of the Rotel liquid, and added some picante sauce to the top during the last 15 minutes of baking. Delicious, can't wait to have the leftovers today. Thanks StaceyB, for a keeper!!"

"Oh my these are glorious little morsels!! I made exactly as posted and they were fabulous. I have some left over and I think I will freeze it for future use. Next time, I think I will 1/2 the butter and added some jalapenos as other reviewers have mentioned. Thank you Lorac, for this wonderful and versatile recipe!!"
