"These were the most delicious pork chops I have ever had the pleasure of eating! I didn't have any onions, so I used shallots instead. And I was low on the white wine, only had about 3/4 cup. I used what I had and adjusted the water to 3/4 cup. It was the perfect amount for two pork chops. After having browned the chops it only took a few minutes ..."

I think next time I will add a little salt to the marinade, but that's the only thing I would add as this this recipe is packed full of wonderful flavor. We thank you cheddar97005 for a truly wonderful recipe which we will enjoy many times over."

"This is the best Raisin Sauce! Truly delicious with the ham, the flavors compliment each other in a way that will make you say mmmm. I would recommend not counting the cornstarch as a dry ingredient. Add just enough water to the cornstarch to make it liquid and then add to raisin mixture. Delicious and smells so good!! Thank you Bev for a wonderfu..."
