"These were the most delicious pork chops I have ever had the pleasure of eating! I didn't have any onions, so I used shallots instead. And I was low on the white wine, only had about 3/4 cup. I used what I had and adjusted the water to 3/4 cup. It was the perfect amount for two pork chops. After having browned the chops it only took a few minutes ..."

"My husband and I thought these lamb steaks were truly fabulous, even without the white onions. I think next time I will add a little salt to the marinade, but that's the only thing I would add as this this recipe is packed full of wonderful flavor. We thank you cheddar97005 for a truly wonderful recipe which we will enjoy many times over."

Thank you Bev for a wonderfu..."

It smelled delicious while it cooked and came out so tender and juicy. I thickened the sauce with cornstarch after the brisket finished cooking. It's true though, this gets bette..."

"This recipe is wonderful! Simple and full of such delicious flavors. My husband and I loved it, and I can't wait to make it again. I left out the parsley and put a shake rather than a pinch of cayenne pepper. I broiled 7 minutes per side. Superb. Thanks ChrisMc! "

"I used grapeseed oil but found this to be a bit oily tasting as is, so I added a splash more vinegar, some garlic and sugar. "
