"OMG these are AWESOME! They are crispy on the outside and nice and chewy on the inside. PERFECTION in a cookie. I will no longer make my regular cookies. These are a keeper. My son 10 stars is needed for these ones. I used a 2" scooper and only got 15 cookies, next time I will use my 1" one so that I can get more. No more flat cookies here!!..."

"I made these tonight, mini and regular size ones. They have great flavor and lots of blueberries. The kids seem to like them and they are picky. I gave some to our friends so we will see how they like them. I left off the streusel but next time I may use it. These are definitely a keeper."

"I thought I reviewed this when I made this a few weeks ago. It has been sitting in my cookbook for some time and I kept forgetting about it. My kids loved this. I have a recipe similar but without the oats and this was a great way to sneak them in for the kids. They were gone within 3 days. Big hit in this house! Thanks so much!"

"OH MY Heavens....these were DELICIOUS! I doubled the recipe so that we would have enough. With 6 in the family I wanted them to each have enough and I didn't think 9 would do it. The 4 kids each had 3 biscuits and didn't want the Spaghetti sauce I slaved over all day making. You know it is good when they pass up Spaghetti. Dh said he would ra..."

"My kids loved these. Made them for the Super Bowl, there were none left. I used the insides to make gnocchis which were delicious. This will be my go to recipe for potato skins from now on. Much cheaper than buying a box at the store. Thanks for a great recipe!"

"These were outstanding! I haven't had gnocchis in a while and we had leftover potatoes from making potato skins. It worked perfectly. I only used about 1 3/4 cups of flour and boiled them for 7 minutes. DELICIOUS! I will be making these again and again."

"I thought I reviewed this, guess not. I made this last week because my dd wanted sloppy joes. I left out the celery since no one here likes it. It was quite good, my dh even wanted the leftovers for work the next day. He brought 2 sandwiches. I did double the recipe for 6 of us. Thanks Hey Jude!"
