"Very good and easy. I substituted lb of brisket, and carved corn off of 2 fresh ears, also drained the beans, as I had the brisket floating in meat juice. It needed salt in our opinion, but was very quick and easy."

"Very good! I switched cream soups for cream of potato, all I had on hand, skipped the worcestershire and marjoram and tabasco as I was out, also didn't need the broth, mixture was creamy enough by adding most water from the bottled mushroom slices. I used more butttery breadcrumbs that I made from crushing homemade croutons and put little chunks..."

"Had it been up to me entirely, I would of given 5 stars, only to be a leming. This was so good and warm. I followed the recipe almost exact, used 4 cups chicken broth, 2 cups water, used prediced garlic, and smidge of cloves. Used the leftovers of a honeybaked ham, would of liked to add carrots, but didn't have any, it needed some color. Threw..."

"DH has made this many times.Such a delicious change from oven roasted. I use Greek seasoning, and rub olive oil generously on skin, do not stuff with anything, It can be a little dry, but usually so tender with great flavor. Very very important to balance the bird. Nice to free up the oven for other side dishes!"

"This is great, but I used a can of tomato sauce, and sub'd green pepper strips for the hot peppers. Also used cumin to spice. Don't forget to grease the cassarole dish, the cheese really gets baked on!"

"Different than regular quiche. DH wasn't nuts aout it, my guests said they loved it. I used cheddar cheese and halfed the rotel and black beans. I probably will stick with chicken or bacon quiches in the future. It was fun for a change. Thanks.P.S. I thought it was better cold!"
