"this recipe gave me the idea to use the Bobs red mill whole wheat biscuit mix a try on chicken. I used chicken thighs and cut them up small like popcorn chicken. "I didn't use the water in this sauce and cut down the spices a little to make up for it. mixed the sauce with a can of lentils and added some chopped onions, put on top of seasoned ground beef in a tortilla and topped with cheese.
