"I liked these. Mind you, I didn't have any sugar substitute, so I used golden caster sugar, no doubt eliminating much of the low calorie feature! I made 20 cookies from the mix and the cookies joined up a bit in the oven, so I think I should have made 24. I found the dough was a bit like marzipan paste to work with and not gooey at all. I cooked..."

"This was very quick easy to make and needed only a few ingredients. I didn't use unsalted butter, but Lurpak spreadable as it is softer and easier to cream with the sugar. The result was like a big fairly flat muffin. It was delicious. I think it makes 6 servings, so maybe not so high in calories when served in smaller portions! I'll definitely be..."

"These are delicious. The cheese filling came out a bit more solid than I would have liked, so next time I'll use a bit less cornstarch. I used vanilla instead of almond flavouring as that's what I had in the cupboard, but I bought almond essence today to make them again. Easy and quick to make too."

"A super recipe! Delicious and simple with few ingredients. I found the liquid in the roasting pan dried out quickly, but I topped it up a few times when basting the chicken and veg. The liquid left in the roasting pan made a delicious gravy. I just added gravy granules and boiling water.
My husband and son loved it and the smell of this dish ..."
