"I had no problem at all with this being dry - but I cooked it covered and it turned out perfectly. I'll add a little bit of spice next time, but otherwise, no adjustments needed. :"

"I discovered a HUGE zucchini in my garden yesterday and made this to use it up. The cobbler really does taste just like apples! My husband even watched me make it, and still asked if there were apples in it. I added some cloves to the zucchini mixture, and I think I'll reduce the sugar a little next time too (just personal preference. Thanks ..."

"I've made this so many times that I can't believe I forgot to review it! I LOVE this recipe. I've taken it to potlucks and passed it onto family members; everyone wants to take home the leftovers (if there are any. I only made a few minor changes: since I'm veggie, I subbed black beans for the beef (rather than just omitting, and I added 1/2 ..."

"I made this for a belated St Pat's feast, and it was my first experience with Marmite. It's, um, unpleasant in general, but absolutely great in this recipe. I used cubed tofu rather than TVP because I couldn't find chunk TVP. The tofu feel apart as the stew cooked, so that was a mistake, but it still tasted good. When I make this again (and I ..."

"I made this last week, subbing tofu for the chicken and veggie ingredients for the soup and broth. Absolutely delish! It was a little too much to fit into my 4 qt Crock Pot, so I threw it in my Dutch oven and cooked it on the stovetop. I was super lazy and just threw the noodles into the soup to cook. I served it with homemade whole wheat and ..."

"Wow, this was great! I subbed a veggie cream soup for the cream of chicken, but otherwise left it unchanged. Delicious and creamy, even when made with skim milk. I used mild enchilada sauce this time, but next time I might try a hotter type. Thanks for sharing!"

"Pretty good. Served with salsa, guac, and sour cream. Used WW tortillas and cut down to two jalapenos, since four seemed like a lot to me. I don't know if my peppers were extra hot, but I think even two were too much for us. I think I'll make it with one next time, and maybe add more cheese. Thanks for sharing!"

"I subbed TVP for the beef, but otherwise left the recipe unchanged. I cooked for 5 hours on low, and my Crock Pot still burnt this to a crisp. Grrr, stupid Crock Pot. The little that didn't burn was good, but I think I'll try this in the oven next time."

"Pretty darn good, and a nice way to use the glut of zucchini from my garden. The only change I made was kicking up the spices. I had no problem with the result being too soupy, but I drained it pretty well. I did find that the onions were a little underdone, and the zucchini a little overdone, so I think next time I'll partially saute the onion..."
