"Thank you so much for this recipe! I have made it quite a few times since finding it. Last time I cut up chicken breasts and cooked them first with garlic, and then added them to the veggies and sauce while the sauce was thickening. Very good! *I don't use sesame oil and I cut up fresh broccoli and carrots"

"So I tried this again, forgetting that I had already made it, and I liked it a lot better this time. I didn't really follow the recipe: I added chopped pickled jalapeno slices, chili powder, cheddar cheese and black beans. I do agree that it would be better with refried beans inside instead of the black beans, but I didn't have any on hand. I'm gl..."

"I've been waiting for fresh garden tomatoes so I could make bruschetta. Now it feels like summer! We ate this for dinner, and it was just the two of us, so we cut the sourdough baguette in half lengthwise and ate it like an open-faced sandwich. We didn't add the cheese, though I'm sure it would have been good with the addition. Something that I LO..."

"I'm sorry. I really wanted to like these, but they were inedible. I was looking for an egg-free recipe because I didn't have any in the house. I followed the recipe to a T except I used chocolate soymilk instead of regular. I don't think that would have changed it too much. They were too dense and dry; I even undercooked them. I couldn't even eat ..."

"This was really good. I omitted the cinnamon (couldn't do it...maybe some day, and I didn't have cilantro on hand. I also added a heaping spoonful of red curry paste. We will definitely be making this again. I also want to try it with shrimp. I know it's not vegetarian, but my husband and I are eating healthier, not just vegetarian. Thanks for po..."

"I found this recipe in the Taste of Home Christmas Cookies and Candies book for 2009. I was unable to get the frosting to turn out; no matter how much I tempered the egg, it would still cook!! I ended up adding the about 1 cup coconut, all of the chocolate chips, and a handful of pecans to the dough itself and didn't use a frosting. It was still y..."

"This was good, but I adapted it to what I had on hand: I used 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion in place of the bell pepper; added fresh basil with the parsley; 2 pinches of salt; and I omitted the garlic in the mix, and rubbed a garlic clove on the bread when it came out of the oven. Yummy!!"
