"Thank you I'mPat! I hope you won't mind the liberty I took with this delicious recipe but I am so impressed with the size of the meal from left over ingredients I would have ultimately thrown out! For vegetables I chopped last nights leftovers (carrot, broccoli and cauliflower and 2 fresh mushrooms and since I only had about half a can of salmon ..."

"This is now a favourite in our house. I like it because it reminds me of when I was a kid and it's SO simple I can whip it up in a flash for lunch boxes. The kids LOVE it! We also like varying it with some mini marshmallows or corn flakes. The mix does need to cool slightly though or the marshmallows melt. Thanks for listing this one!"

"I found this recipe when I wanted to make recipe 169819 that called for teriyaki sauce (which I didn't have. I was thrilled to find I had all the needed ingredients to add both recipes into one delicious meal. I used mirin and tamari in place of soy sauce but otherwise kept everything the same. I'm thrilled to be able to make this myself with suc..."

"A very tasty recipe I used to bake chicken drumsticks. I didn't have teriyaki sauce as I'm a label reader and buy very few of this type of thing due to suspect ingredients. Instead I looked up teriyaki recipes and added the ingredients listed on recipe 1181 for teriyaki sauce. It worked a treat so don't be put off if you're missing this ingredient..."

"Fantastic!! I have never made boiled icing before and now I never will!! This made results every bit as wonderful as my mother-in-laws boiled icing and was SO easy. I added some pink colouring to make a birthday cake befitting a fairy!! Heaps left over! It's easy and economical. Thank you Buckys mom from Amelias mum!!"

"I had some left over mashed potato and left over cooked whiting fillets. I used this basic idea and then to stretch the quantity added some grated carrot and colby cheese as well as some garlic for flavour! I added shallots instead of onion as the fish was already cooked and I wanted it make sure the onion would be cooked quickly. I made the patti..."

"Oh WOW!! I'd been out shopping and bought bacon, cream and fettucine (three ingredients I don't normally use with a hankering for some creamy sauce. I spent ages looking at Alfredo and Cabonara recipes and thought this one most like what I craved!! I fried the bacon with fresh garlic in coconut oil and then added the freshly grated parmesan, mozz..."

"I agree that this recipe is easy to fix and has a unique flavour from the slow cooker. I was intrigued by the ingredients... especially the molasses!! We found it tasty for a change although not a regular for out tastes. I used frozen chicken drumsticks, brown sugar, and tamari (instead of soy sauce. I also thickened the sauce a little using corn..."

"A really nice macaroon recipe just like my Canadian mother-in-laws! It must be a north American thing as (in Australia all our left over egg whites normally go into pavlova! I will remember to make this again now that I know how simple it is. I used baking paper rather then the greased and floured trays."
