"Delicious! Followed the recipe to the letter but left out the green beans. Probably better than the restaurant. Highly recommend making this if you really want the real deal. Thanx Emeril. "

"It's really not fair to rate this recipe as is since I tweaked it to my liking. I did not have buttermilk so I substituted 1 cup whole milk and 1 cup plain greek yogurt. I eliminated the salt. (Really do not need it Used coconut oil instead of butter, added 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. coconut extract and 1 Tbls. sugar and 1/2 cup sweetened grated ..."

"Delish! I doubled all the amounts for the peanut butter filling to get it to look high like the picture shows. The measurements given were not enough of a filling. Made an impressive reaction from my company.

     |  By knitnsoap

"Really great taste and easy to prepare. As far as the salmon goes, I grilled it in my electric grill pan after brushing it with the coconut oil and then put in in the pan with the sauce. If anyone had trouble with the seeds being too hard, you have to wait for the mustard seeds to pop and cook the sauce for the specified amount of time. I used ..."

"Even though I cut down on the sugar to 1 1/2 cups, it was too sweet. One cup would have been perfect. I also used only one cup of oil, which was plenty. I omitted the glaze, surely didn't need any additional sweetness.
I also added a little ground nutmeg and lemon juice to the apples so they wouldn't brown. I would probably make this ag ..."

     |  By knitnsoap

"Wonderful flavor. I added some extra red and yellow pepper cut in strips and used baby bok choy instead of the spinach which I stir fried after removing the meat from the pan. After 3 or 4 minutes and the veggies got slightly cooked, I added the meat back. At the end I added some Sambal Olek for a more spicy kick, and served over rice. Love all ..."

     |  By knitnsoap

"I followed the recipe with the ingredients but did not use a half cup of oil. I cooked the onions and garlic in just enough oil to cover the bottom of my frying pan. I only had one pound of yucca so I adjusted the amount of ingredients accordingly. Very tasty. In the end I added additional lime juice and some hot pepper sauce to the finished pl ..."

"Very tasty. Browned the chicken as directed removed from the pan and added all the bok choy. No need to blanche the bok choy. Also added a variety of sweet peppers cut up and thai chillies, since I like it spicy. Stir fried all the veggies together added the sauce and returned the chicken to the pan. Served over rice. YUM!"

"Easy and quick to make. Very tasty. I added a little more anchovies and more garlic than the recipe called for and used a whole fresh jalapeno pepper chopped fine since I like it a little more spicy. This makes a great lunch dish with a salad on the side. Will make this again. "
