I used Maggie sauce instead of soy sauce, 1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella, Cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes, and high fiber tortillas. I really recommend adding corn a..."

I used Boca Burgers, added fresh basil (try it!! and left out the cucumber since I didn't have any. The red wine vinegar really adds to the flavor. Thanks so much for posting, I'll be making this again soon ="

"Pretty yummy! Was happy to find this because I didn't have to run out to the store to get anything new! I did play with the recipe a little though-- I added ginger, used grapeseed oil (sesame oil is a little strong for my taste, and I marinated the chicken in 2 tbsp of soy sauce & 1 tsp oil for about 2 hours before cooking (the oil keeps the piec..."

Sweet potatoes are one of the healthiest foods on earth--high in beta-carotene (Vitamin A & Vitamin C. And black beans, of course, are an awesome source of fiber and protein. I used 6" whole wheat tortillas and skipped the cum..."
