"Fabulous recipe! I have no idea why this has not been reviewed yet. I did not have apples but I used applesauce. It made for a very tasty muffin. I also made them in jumbo muffin cups. They made 6, but I like to have heaping tall muffins. I bake them for about 30 minutes then check to see if the toothpick comes out clean, sometimes yes, othertimes..."
