"Amazing! I bought some Savoy Cabbage, not knowing what I was going to do with it.
Bergy, this recipe is a keeper. The cabbage was crisp tender and mild in flavor. The olive oil ,garlic and ginger was the perfect dressing combination. I did see that others added red pepper flakes and sesame oill, but I made this as directed and I was defina..."

"What a nice surprise appetizer. I made this with a small baugette of French bread. I think the flavors of the cheese and basil were outstanding together. A nice balance with the marinara sauce. They were the perfect little bites. I did use smoked Gouda instead of plain, because that's what I had in my refrigerator.
I will miss you Mi..."

"This recipe is so tasty. I really did enjoy the flavors of the Dijon and thyme with the seasoned bread crumbs and onion. All of the flavors played a major part in bringing the mild pork to the front. It was juicy and still a little pink inside, which in mho it needs to be to keep it from being dry since there isn't much fat in the pork. Thanks..."

"My all time favorite sandwich to eat. The tangy Miracle Whip and the salty peanut butter are a perfect match. Thanks for posting my favorite!!"

"This casserole recipe is the best I have ever used. I made this with fresh roasted poblano chiles and got 3 layers into a 9x9 dish. Of course, the peppers are the star of any chile relleno and the batter was mild enough to let the peppers sing to me. This dish goes into my tried and true book. Thank you so much for sharing this stunning dish."

"What an easy side dish to prepare. I loved the creamy texture and taste. I didn't have any Cheddar cheese, so I used Mozzerella instead. It added another layer of flavor and texture. The spinach lovers enjoyed this so much. Next time I will add a little garlic salt.
Thanks so much for sharing this recipe."

"This is what I describe as a classic salsa. The flavors marry very well, and it has that fresh, light texture that you are looking for when using fruit in a salsa. It was easy to prepare, and the directions were easy to follow. It made a wonderful backdrop for grilled pork chops. Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful recipe."

"This is a wonderful recipe. Fill of flavor and color. I followed the recipe exactly, except I omitted the tomatoes. I would have loved them in this recipe, but I didn't have any. Summer tomatoes will be fabulous and add another flavor layer. The cottage cheese made it substantial and added a nice density. This is a definate keeper in my Zaa..."

"I really did like the flavor of these cakes. I followed the recipe amounts, but I thought it looked a little too wet to hold, so I added more of the dry breadcrumbs. The cakes still were a little too wet to hold together. Next time I will halve the mayonnaise or omit it and let the egg be the only bonding agent. Definately a tasty way to cook ..."

"This was the cake I was looking for. It was a beautiful presentation with the pecans on the top. Smelling the aroma was heavenly and a feast for the senses. The cake was super moist and the glaze was absorbed very well. You do have to continue to baste the cake with the glaze so that it all goes into the cake. This is a special recipe, and I'..."
