"Good recipe, but quick cooking oats would be better- the cookies were a little coarse because I used regular rolled oats as the recipe calls for. Alos, they didn't really harden as much as I'd like, but that could be because of the oats. All in all a great recipe, I would just make that one substitution next time. Thanks for the recipe!"

"Great dish! I cut the tofun in extra spall cubes so it was nice and crispy, laying a pan on if for an hour beforehand to remove water before cooking. The suace I made x 5 for a sauce for rice noodles with a bit of cornstarch to thicken and it was awesome. I used lots of chilli garlic sauce and next time I'll push it back a bit. Thanks for the ..."

"This is such a great, simple recipe- what would a summer be like without mint tea? I used Splenda in place of sugar and it turned out just perfect- or you can use 1/2 sugar & 1/2 Splenda for you super tasters who can actually taste the difference! Splitting it half and half you won't be able to! I love this receipe- thank you so much for sharing!"

"This was a very good recipe, though I don't think the crockpot entirely necessary- the soup is already made, the turkey is done, and the onions cook fairly fast. It turned out tasty and it was very simple, though next time I will make it on a stovtop for a speedy recipe!! Thank you for posting!"

"I first made this recipe, using two small loaf pans and the outside burned and the inside didn't cook all the way. Realizing this was one of your recipes and it had already received such high marks, it could have been my fault. I did 3/4 the recipe in my loaf pans and it turned out PERFECT!! Just what a Banana Nut Bread recipe should be- moist a..."

"I think that this bread is too oily and a little too moist for Banana Bread. I think more bananas should be added for additional flavor. I do have to say that adding the pudding packets is an excellent idea for flavor and texture and I do believe with a little tweaking (some more bananas, less oil, more flour this could turn into an awesome more..."

"Awesome recipe! I used chop beef and links of turkey sausage in the sauce instead! It turned out wonderful! Next time I will prpobably add half the amount of water, though, even with an hour of simmering, it was a little too much. Thank you so much for the recipe!!!!"
