"Yum yum yum. These turned out great and so easy to make. I used about 200g of dates instead of 240g as I got tired of chopping them! I didn't make the toffee sauce but instead made a cream cheese frosting with golden syrup topped with a walnut which I think tasted great. I will definitely be making these again. Thanks for sharing."

"Lovely recipe. Easy to make and taste delicious. I used lemon zest instead of orange zest and used just under 1/2 teaspoon of salt. My muffins took longer than 15-20 minutes to cook, but I think it's my old oven! I'll definitely make these again. Thank you!"

I didn't use the chili oil, nor the peanut oil (due to a friend's allergy. And for the skins,..."

"Wonderful Sangria - reminded me of Barcelona!Very quick and easy to make - I didn't put any brandy in, but it still tasted wonderful. Also didn't have any grenadine on hand, so I substitued with raspberry cordial. It went down so well, I had to make another batch - I didn't let it stand, but it still tasted great!"
