"This is really delicious! Hubby agrees! Definitely will be making this again.

    I did the following:

Did not pound the steak and it still turned out VERY tender.

Put 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper in a plastic bag and coated the steak in the bag (like with shake and bake. Used the left over flour mixture b..."

"This is excellent! Sooooo good. Have made it twice and will definitely be making it frequently from now on. I reduced the olive oil, salt and pepper by just a bit (personal preference. The first time, I used bone in chicken and the second time skinless, boneless. Both were very good.

Was a bit skeptical about trying this at first be..."

"This is really good. My husband really enjoys it. I substituted 1 tsp garlic powder for the fresh garlic and left out the salt and pepper. Used butter and canned mushrooms. Didn't soak or rinse the rice as didn't notice that part until having it all together. Had skimmed the recipe and was going from memory instead of printing it out. LOL S..."

"Very good! I used half and half as didn't have heavy cream on hand, and also substituted 2 Tbsp dried parsley instead of the fresh and omitted the olives for the same reason although I want to try it with the olives next time. I also think I'll make it with fettucini pasta next time. We had it with a side of broccoli, a roll and a glass of wine. D..."

"Delicious! Followed recipe except for substituting dillweed with 1/4 tsp dill seed as didn't have the dillweed on hand. We added a bit of shredded cheddar cheese, instead of bacon bits, as a topping to each bowl. Definitely a repeat recipe!

It would also be a good base for other types of soup like corn chowder or clam. Just add a can of ..."

"This was excellent! My husband, sister and I all loved this.

Made as written with just a little adjustment for our taste, using:

    2-1/2 Tbsp parmesan cheese,
    1 Tbsp paprika,
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper,

Will definitely be making this again. Thank you!"
