"So good. I added an extra ear of corn that I had grilled and eased up on the cumin and added some oregano. Other wise made as written and it was wonderful!"

"I made a few substitutions based on what I had on hand. I used thyme and oregano, pearl onions, and frozen corn. I also added some frozen peas just because I love them. I used a local goat cheese that melted into the vegetables really nicely. Overall it turned out really well. It made a lot! I will be taking for lunch for a while, which is not a b..."

"This was awesome. I cooked it a little too long and it didn't mix with milk for chocolate milk very well b/c it was too thick. Going to try again and not let it cook so long. I also left out the corn syrup and added a little extra sugar and water to make up for it. My cocoa was natural processed, but I'm going to get dutch process and try ..."

"These were pretty good, not as a crab cake substitute, but they were good nonetheless. I think I would prefer a different type of seasoning in them. They were also pretty mushy on the inside. They might have been too thick, but I couldn't get them much thinner without falling apart. I think I will try these again with some modifications, perhaps i..."

"Good recipe! Cooked for 10 minutes and that was plenty though. Tasty!"

"I have to say I'm a little disappointed with this recipe. Maybe it was my own doing, but the texture just wasn't there for me. The flavor was great, I added a little orange zest to brighten it up, but it never got that dense texture I was looking for, it stayed very creamy which some may like, but it was not to my tastes."
