"I made this for Thanksgiving, but based on the first review, I melted some Andes Mint Chips and added to cream cheese mixture. That made it chocolatey looking and minty tasting, and then I colored whip cream green to dollop on top with cookies. This was a hit. The kids loved it, and so did the adults. "I loved this pie! I served it on Thanksgiving, cold, with homemade whip cream. It was so good! I can't wait to eat my last piece. I will make this again soon."

"I love this dish! I have made it several times, and I just love how it tastes with the cream of celery, rather than the traditional cream of chicken/mushroom. Now, I substitute cream of celery in other recipes. I usually at least double it to make a 9X13."

"I made this, but I only had on hand frozen orange juice concentrate, so I probably used 10 T of that, and it turned out good, I included the sugar, but omitted the oregano. It was very tasty."
