"This was simply amazing. I used half of a bag of baby spinach in place of the spinach leaves and I have to admit, it was my favorite part! It was caramelized perfectly! We cooked the peppers until the were just browned, and they were my second favorite part! Over all, it was wonderful and we will make it again and again. A must try!"
