    "This "trick" definitely works well. I always have to add more mayo before serving macaroni salad since the dressing always soaks in leaving it dry. I was amazed at the difference it made to let the cooked macaroni sit overnight in the fridge with a cup of water. No more dry macaroni salad.. it stayed creamy even the day after serving it. Thanks..."

    "Definitely 5 stars! This casserole was a real winner in our house and it was so easy to prepare. The only change I made to the recipe was to use a medium salsa in place of the jarred hot sauce, since we don't all like spicy! I used a blend of Monterey Jack and old cheddar cheese.     "This was a winner! I also doubled up on the cream of chicken soup and added only 1/4 cup of milk. I used the frozen mixed California vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. After the 40 minutes, I turned the broiler on for a couple of minutes to crisp up the tater tots! End result was a very tasty supper! Thanks Sheri!"

    "These were wonderful! I cut the recipe in half and used new white potatoes. I sprinkled them with cayenne pepper, cumin and rosemary and baked them for about 30 minutes. I forgot to sprinkle the salt and pepper on them before baking, but they turned out wonderful, in spite of this. Thanks Jewelies! This is definitely a keeper."
