"These were wonderful. I used cake flour instead of all purpose, and let the cut doughnuts rise in the refrigerator over night for a more tender texture (and a quicker morning meal I used cream in the glaze instead of water, whole milk in the dough, and the chopstick idea is genius. Thanks!"

"This was a nice quick breakfast for my sons this school morning. They really loved it!Pouring the butter over the topping makes the cake "marbleize" and when it is done baking there are ooey gooey veins of brown sugar cinnamon throughout the cake. "This is the perfect roll dough. Great as dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, sandwich rolls, you name it. My dough was not dry at all. I think you have to measure accurately -- and fluff your flour before you measure it, so you don't get too much. Absolutely wonderful."

"This is the recipe that I have used for years. We eat it warm from cooking the okra with a little finely shredded cheddar cheese. "These pancakes were lovely and fluffy, not at all heavy like whole wheat usually makes baked goods. The only thing I will change next time I make them is to decrease the salt to 1/2 tsp, and add a bit of vanilla to the batter. These are a keeper in my house."
